This form is for non-school groups. If you are a school group, please use the School Field Trip Reservation Form under EDUCATION > FIELD TRIPS. Reservations are required for groups in order to receive the group rate.

Everyone in your group must pay, INCLUDING children under 2, senior citizens, and FOTAZ members.

Bus parking is located in the parking lot behind Bringhurst Field (off of Babe Ruth Drive). Buses may drop off and pick up at the front entrance but may not park in the main parking lot.

On-site programs are offered free of charge and are on a first-come first-served basis. Due to the popularity and numerous requests, there is limited availability.

These rates are for groups of at least 15 paying individuals. All children (ages 1 - 12 years) and adults/teens (ages 13 years and older), including FOTAZ members, are charged the group rate. Groups consisting of less than 15 paying individuals must pay full price.

Group rates are available for organizations (non-profit organization, scout troop, church, assisted care facility, or other organization) that enter the zoo together and are paid for in one transaction. Persons that are part of your group but pay individually must pay full price. Family groups do not qualify for the group rate.

This estimated total only includes Admission, Train Tickets, Feed Stick Tickets, and Koi Food. It does not include any fees from food ordered through the Palm Cafe.

Refunds will not be given once a group has entered the Zoo. Unused train tickets are non-refundable but can be used on another visit. All rates and fees are subject to change.
